Adriaan Hoogduijn joins as CCO of Docfield

Adriaan Hoogduijn is Docfield's new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from September 1, 2024. In this role, he will focus on further international growth of the company, and step in as one of the investors.

Docfield was founded five years ago with the aim of streamlining the pre-signing process in contracting. The software enables organisations to create, manage, negotiate and sign contracts in a single platform. Docfield's premise is that it makes contracting more efficient, ensures compliance and improves the customer experience. 

Market leader in education

Docfield has hit the ground running since its inception and is now the market leader in the Dutch education sector. The company works for almost all universities and colleges in the Netherlands. During the last two years, the company has also built a strong position in the IT sector, real estate market and employment mediation. The common denominator in these sectors is that large numbers of contracts are concluded where central control on, among other things, service levels, compliance and pricing is important. 

International growth

Adriaan Hoogduijn's mission is not only to continue growth in the Netherlands, but also to grow Docfield internationally. In this, Adriaan has a strong track record. Before Docfield, he has made an international success of fintech Hyarchis, proptech GeoPhy and nearshoring company HIPER. ‘With his experience in scaling tech companies, Adriaan is an important addition to our team. The role of CCO is badly needed at this stage to manage the company's growth. With Adriaan, we get someone on board who knows our challenges well and has proven to make a difference in this phase,’ said Tim Stuart, founder and CEO of Docfield.

Adriaan has now been on the road at Docfield for a month and is confident about its future growth: ‘Docfield has a strong product that makes a real difference to organisations.
