company_name, with a registered office at company_address, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: chamber_of_commerce_number, legally represented by name_of_representative (position_representative), hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”;
and
Mr./Ms. full_name_employee, born on date_of_birth, residing in city_of_residence at address, postal_code, country_of_residence, hereinafter referred to as “the Employee”.
Hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Parties”.
Whereas the Employee has entered into employment on start_date, under a type_of_contract;
Have agreed as follows:
The Employee shall commence their employment on start_date. The Agreement is for a contract_period.
It will terminate by operation of law on end_date. The last day of the Agreement is therefore last_day.
Notice periods (unless dismissal for urgent cause):
Notice must be in writing and effective at month-end. Premature termination is possible with written notice and statutory notice period. Dutch Civil Code Article 7:667 paragraph 3 applies.
The Employee is entitled to 8% holiday allowance per year, based on gross base salary. The holiday year runs from June 1 to May 31. The accrued amount will be paid in arrears in May. Variable salary components are excluded.
If the Employee is a foreign national, they are entitled to a relocation package of €relocationpackage. This must be fully repaid if the Employee leaves within 12 months of start date.
