Franchise Agreement

franchisorname, having its principal office at franchisoraddress, fcountry (the “Franchisor”); and

franchiseename, having its principal office at franchiseeaddress, franchiseecountry (the “Franchisee”).

WHEREAS:

A. The Franchisor owns certain trademarks, trade names, service marks, and proprietary business methods and systems (collectively, “Franchise System”).

B. Franchisee desires to obtain a franchise license to operate under the Franchisor’s Franchise System.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. Grant of Franchise

1.1 Franchisor grants Franchisee the right and license to operate a franchised business using the Franchisor’s Franchise System at the following location: location (“Location”).

2. Term

2.1 The initial term of this Agreement shall be years years, commencing on the date first written above, with options to renew for additional periods as mutually agreed.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Franchisee shall pay an initial franchise fee of fee payable upon execution of this Agreement.

3.2 Franchisee agrees to pay ongoing royalty fees of perct% of gross sales, payable monthly.

4. Franchisee’s Obligations

4.1 Franchisee agrees to operate the franchised business strictly according to the Franchisor’s operating manual and standards.

4.2 Franchisee must maintain the franchised premises in a clean and orderly condition, complying with all applicable laws.

5. Franchisor’s Obligations

5.1 Franchisor agrees to provide initial and ongoing training, marketing assistance, and operational support.

5.2 Franchisor shall provide Franchisee with necessary updates to the Franchise System.

6. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

6.1 Franchisee acknowledges that all trademarks and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Franchisor.

6.2 Franchisee agrees not to use or register any trademark similar to the Franchisor’s trademarks without explicit consent.
